Start Here Addiction Rehabilitation & Education (SHARE)
SHARE is our not-for-profit residential alcohol and drug abuse detoxification and rehabilitation treatment facility. Gambling addiction treatment is also offered at this facility. Services include both outpatient and residential/inpatient programs. Click here to learn more about SHARE.
Our SHARE facility is staffed 24 hours a day.
We admit 7 days a week, however, we require an appointment for admission. Please call our Intake department at 847.843.4949 to start the process in which we will ask you a few questions in order to determine if admission to our facility is appropriate given your situation.

Aftercare Center
Leyden’s Aftercare Center provides outpatient programs for adults, children, and adolescents, as well as other services for adults in transition and those suffering with serious and persistent mental illness.

Seniors / Benefits
Leyden’s Seniors Staff provides assistance for seniors and other individuals in our service area applying for benefits and services through local government agencies and non-profits.

Crisis Office
Good times can turn bad for anyone. Recovery support specialists are available for emotional support or referrals to resources.
